How Can irregular Heartbeats Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?

i was working on an old house and the furnace kicked on and in a minute i went to coughing then as time goes on other things keep happening stiff thumb joints shortness of breath irregular heart beats are these all related this has all happened over a three month perion before that i was healthy as a horse taking no meds i now have a very productive cought and am wearing a heart monitor
